Doug Rawson, Founder & CEO

Doug Rawson is the Founder and CEO of Superior Lithographics. He is a recognized industry expert with 30 years experience in package printing. Doug has guided the company's growth with a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of package printing. Through his leadership, Superior has grown from 5 to 75 employees and generates revenues of almost $20 million. Superior has won numerous industry awards for printing excellence.

"I constantly ask, 'how can we respond to our customers better and faster?' The guiding philosophy is speed-to-market and providing the highest level of service. Investing in our people and creating strategic alliances with firms who share our vision differentiates us from the competition."

Doug is an Executive Board Member of the Printing Industries Association of Southern California. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from George Washington University.

Megan Sullivan, VP of Sales

Megan Sullivan leads the sales organization at Superior. A well-respected member of the printing community in Southern California, she combines a background in graphic communications with proven abilities in developing and implementing creative sales management strategies. Since joining Superior in 1999, she has been instrumental in building a knowledgeable sales organization of packaging experts.

"We see the big picture of what our customers want to achieve, so we can advise them on everything related to creating a great product professionally, quickly and cost- effectively. Everyone on my team is a smart problem-solver. We actively listen and find creative ways to help customers 'stay out of trouble' and get exceptional results."

Megan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic communications and print management from California Polytechnic State University, in San Luis Obispo.

David Gerharter, Continuous Improvement Director

David Gerharter recently joined Superior Lithographics as Continuous Improvement Director. He is responsible for managing the company's quality, continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing efforts, while maintaining the high level of customer service and innovation Superior is known for.

Prior to Superior, he held senior level positions at companies representing a wide variety of print market segments, including flexographic packaging, commercial web and sheetfed offset, and top-tier color prepress.

He was a pioneer in the early days of commercial-quality desktop publishing and electronic prepress, and has extensive experience in high end color reproduction and color management, process control and technology integration.

From prepress to press to bindery and finishing, Superior truly lives up to their name."

David studied Business, Finance and Computer Science at Pasadena City College, and majored in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Colorado.
